Based upon reviews on this website, we hired them to pick up a very heavy bedroom set we purchased on Kijiji and deliver it to our home. From beginning to end the whole transaction and service was flawless. They arrived to the pick up location on time and worked quickly and efficiently. In spite of snowy weather, they removed their shoes and respected both properties. Furniture was well wrapped and handled with TLC. Having hired this company to replace our front entry doors and being very satisfied with quality and workmanship, we trusted them to replace our patio doors. Since installation, we have had nothing but problems with quality of the patio doors. The problems have escalated and the doors need to be replaced. However, in spite of 18 months remaining on warranty, customer service refuses to honour their promise.

Our experience with HOSKI Glass was very positive in every respect. We approached 3 contractors for a quote, providing measurements for our application. Bertold gave us a quote immediately. We had to email pics and specs to the other 2 companies and then call back repeatedly just for an estimate. Decision made - we contacted Bertold who came out the same day arriving exactly when he said he would and took accurate measurements. Delivery was promised in 10 business days. Five days later he called to say the glass was ready and he could install at our convenience - same day! Once again he arrived exactly on time and completed the installation perfectly. We have no hesitation in recommending Bertold for his honesty, precision, punctuality and price. BTW the final cost was slightly less than his original estimate.
