This was an incredible experience. In looking for a professional window company, we ran into some that didn't seem that "professional". I know that sales people do have to "sell" their respective products but some take it too far. They become pushy and try to get you to make a snap decision....which may not be the correct one.....by saying things like "limited time pricing" or "this deal is off the table as soon as I walk out the door" and when you say no, they drop the price just enough to get you thinking it might be okay.
I call those type of sales people "Slick", and don't think that they are really genuine about their thoughts on the product. Those ones are just trying to earn a large commission off someone that is just looking for information. And if you happen to mention that you are looking at several companies...smart idea these days.....these "Slick" sales people blatantly bash the other companies and try to make you believe that they are the only viable option. These bullying tactics should be outlawed. In times where the dollar is so tight, nobody should have to be subjected to that amount of pressure.
Jim Butler from Deluxe did not pressure us into hiring them, he just presented the facts about the windows and gave us his best price first. He was friendly and honestly seems to like the product he is selling. We were even given a list of previous customers that we could contact as references, which is an option that we were not given by anyone else.
The installation team was polite, and very efficient. They finished installing the windows and cleaned up in an acceptable time frame. And if we had any questions, they didn't make us feel like we were intruding, and answered them so that we completely understood the process/what they were doing. Thanks to George, Dylan & Joe for a job well done
We would definitely suggest Deluxe to anyone looking to get good quality windows!
