Went through 3 defective units. My third unit is still defective and after 10 months of trying to get proper customer service from either Tasco or Maroline I am completely fed up and will live with defective vent hood rather than have it removed from my kitchen again. Do not shop at Tasco and do not buy any Sirius product! Worst product and store I have ever dealt with in my life.

Although Elte has a nice selection of products, I find them overpriced. After purchasing a decorative item, I went to the warehouse where I basically had to load it into my car myself. The service lady stood there and watched while the service man was helping another customer. The service man even said to the service woman, "Couldn't you help her? Great (sarcastically) customer service!" Despite that, I still went back and bought a carpet and currently am getting shuffled back and forth between the warehouse and the showroom while they figure out where my carpet is. The lady at the showroom, upon hearing that the salesperson I had dealt with was not working that day basically didn't care about my problem. They must work on commission I guess.
