If you're lucky, you might get a great maid...but I'd skip this company if I were you.
We won't be using them any more. Our first two cleanings were wonderful, our maid Robin was very sweet, and the house sparkled. She moved away and we were assigned a team of two maids. They rushed through and left the house dirty- they left piles of dirt in the corners of the kitchen floor and didn't vacuum the furniture even though I specifically requested that.
I contacted the service and politely explained why I was dissatisfied and declining to schedule another one. Their response: "Very sorry to hear that your last cleaning was not a good cleaning. As to the key you will need to either come by the office to pick it up as we cannot mail out keys in the post."
No concern at all over our bad experience - and now they're being difficult to work with. Isabelle had agreed to send me invoices rather than bill my credit card, and the first two times she did. Now that I gave this feedback, she charged my credit card without my permission, tacked on a 3.5% fee, and said "it is the customer's responsibility to request an invoice" - really? Somehow that was not the case before. I've never heard of a company relying on the customer to request to pay the bill!
We recommended the company to our friends based on our experience with the first two cleanings by Robin, but they ended up with someone else and like us, were disappointed. We're all looking for a new service now.
UPDATE: Isabelle did offer to refund the 3% card fee. My husband and I did not receive any messages via voice mail or email as she states. To be fair, we did not request a re-clean because we didn't know that was an option. I still won't continue to be a customer there, but after this review she did offer to make the refund.
