Fantastic lifetime warranty on the window super spacer-insulating glass. My windows were installed 20+ years ago; recently one of the panes had become foggy between the double panes. Vinylbilt windows honoured their warranty and replaced the affected pane. There was no charge for the glass; however, there was a labour charge of $175 plus tax for installation. Maris in the service department and Jonathan for the installation were a pleasure to deal with.

Recently there was an issue with the caulking separating from the flashing over my two verandahs. I contacted Warners Roofing by phone; Sara replied immediately and assured me that someone would be in touch. Amanda called back shortly and an appointment was booked for the next week (the repair was not urgent). When Jacob, the roofing technician came out to address the issue, he was on time, very courteous and listened respectfully to my concerns. After he assessed and completed the repairs; he explained to me in detail what he had done and informed me that I would be receiving before and after photos of the site. Even though this was a small job, all work was carried out promptly and cleanly. I have absolutely no qualms in recommending Warner Roofing to anyone who has roofing concerns.

After going through a selection of several electrical contractors on HomeStars I recently enlisted the services of Vic Gill to change two outdated motion security lights and to change/install two outside weatherproof outlets. Vic and his assistant were prompt in responding to my request; they were very professional, knowledgeable, accommodating, very neat and respectful of my house. Furthermore, I found them to be quite reasonably priced. I have no hesitation in highly recommending them to anyone looking to have electrical work performed.

Warner Roofing was very highly recommended to me by close friends who had been extremely impressed with the honesty, quality of workmanship and excellent level of customer service demonstrated by this company. After checking out the rave reviews on Home Stars and Google I decided to ask them for a quotation. From the initial contact stage to the planning process and then final installation; Andrew and Sara were very polite, attentive and timely in responding whether by text, e-mail or telephone. They were always pro-active in keeping me informed about the work progress. Andrew actually came in person to assess and discuss what the job entailed, and, to determine what my needs and requests were. He pointed out the pros and cons of various roofing product lines, brought samples to look at, made suggestions and answered all my questions (and I had many) promptly and in great detail. Kudos also to the experienced, professional work crew who were courteous, meticulous in their workmanship, and respectful of my home. Even the cleanup of my property upon completion of the job was flawless. I have no reservations nor hesitations in highly recommending Warner Roofing.

Michael and Gold Seal Caulking were highly recommended to me by one of the well known Masonry Contractors in Toronto. I didn't just take their word; I checked out the reviews on HomeStars as well to make certain. Michael was quick to respond; he listened patiently to my concerns and took the time to explain thoroughly what would be done. From start to finish Michael and his co-workers were polite, very accommodating and delivered a high quality and professionally detail oriented product at a very reasonable price. I do not have any reservations in highly recommending them for any caulking work that you may need done.

When I first contacted Protection Plus regarding replacement of my existing deadbolts, their Project Manager Brian came to the house in person to see what my requirements were. He presented several options and even made some suggestions about how to further increase the security of my house. An installation date was booked; John (the locksmith) arrived on time as scheduled and did a fantastic job installing the two grade 1 high security Mul-T-Lock deadbolts along with 2 security strike plates. He was extremely careful with the installations and made sure that everything was cleaned up before he left. I would highly recommend Protection Plus for all your lock and security needs. As a matter of fact; I was so impressed with the level of service provided that I am having them install my security camera system.

After having my kitchen and powder room renovated by Valentini Kitchens in 2013; I was so happy with the final product that I decided to have them redo my master ensuite; second bathroom and laundry room. The job entailed removal of two closets in order to extend the master bathroom and having everything demolished to the 'bare bones'. The final results were amazing! My bathrooms looked like they had been 'lifted' from a designer magazine and even my daughter couldn't believe how everything had been transformed (and she's even more picky than I am). As always, they were extremely detail oriented in every aspect from the initial drawings to the choice of materials, colours, fixtures etc. A big thank you to Piero (the designer and great listener); Frank (electrician); Marek (plumber); Joao (painter); Raony (tiler and jack-of-all trades); Dave who helped prepare and clean everything up at the end of the day and all the other behind-the-scenes people. A very special thanks goes out to Anthony (and his assistant) for the detailed eye to craftsmanship and perfectionism in the construction of my cabinets and vanities, and their ultimate installation--they are truly something to be admired! As I had mentioned last year; Anthony truly is an "Old World Master"--a very rare individual indeed. Everyone who has seen the final product has been extremely impressed; I highly recommend Valentini Kitchens to anyone who is contemplating any type of renovation. Keep up the excellent work!

After carrying out a thorough research of renovators in my area I selected Valentini Kitchens based on the comments listed on Homestars; consulting with a family member who had worked for them and by going to see one of their previous projects. I am so elated that I picked Valentini Kitchens to carry out the total renovation of my kitchen and powder room; from start to finish their customer service and quality of workmanship was beyond reproach--they treated me like family and my house like their own. They were extremely detail oriented in their approach; after Piero spoke to me to determine exactly what my needs and wishes were, every aspect of the planning, layout, choice of materials, fixtures etc. was discussed in great detail and put in writing prior to commencement of work. I was always kept up-to-date with what was happening. Anytime I had a question (and I had plenty of them), they were very prompt in answering them and always made sure that I was comfortable with the reply before they proceeded further. I have nothing but compliments and great admiration for the professionalism and work ethic shown by the 'Valentini team' from Piero (thank you for everything especially your understanding and patience with me) to Marty, Frank, Mike, Stella and Stefano and all the other workers behind the scenes.
