Although there is no good time for a kitchen drain to be blocked, in the middle of Easter Weekend when you are expecting guests later in the day - that is probably a worse time. I called several other companies and went to voicemail. I called Everest and they picked up immediately. They quickly gathered my details, gave me a verbal quote on the phone and said they would send someone within the next couple of hours. Less than 30mins later, Johnnie appeared at our door. He came equipped with a big grin and specialist tools that dispatched our problem in a jiffy. He was quick, extremely diligent, and what impressed me more was that he was very careful to be clean and respectful to the space - wiping down after the work was done and replacing all items as he had found them. I would highly recommend Everest...and I can definitely vouch for Johnnie.

Excellent service at a very fair price! I had a raccoon taking residence on our air conditioning unit and shredding everything it could lay its paws on. It was early on a Saturday that I called 360 Wildlife Control and Ray and Sam were on my doorstep within a couple of hours. They assessed the rather tricky problem of access to the critter and very respectfully captured and caged the animal - other than obviously being pi**ed at being disturbed, it was never at risk of being harmed. They guys gave me an education on the life of a raccoon and advice on what to do to lessen the risk of another animal taking shelter again. They then took off to release the animal within a 1km distance - something required by law. I was impressed by their response time, professionalism to the client, demeanour to the animal and efficiency. I would not hesitate recommending them.

I was referred to Tailored Living by a friend who had some cabinetry fitted in their home. They recently completed my garage storage and I am delighted with their product and levels of service. While the product is superior quality in terms of fit and finish, my satisfaction is derived mostly from the professionalism and quality of service of the company. The reason I chose Tailored Living was because they clearly focus on designing and delivering a custom-designed solution - something which is very different to the "standard" out-of-the-box solutions that almost everyone else I researched offer. I was specifically impressed with the amount of time and care that went into working up the design of the solution - my space has a lot of weirdnesses and quirks that had to be worked around (extruding pipes, uneven surfaces, a morass of electrical conduits, off-angle walls etc.), so they worked diligently to measure and understand the space, and then uniquely design to accommodate for the space. Their experience was also extremely helpful as they were able to give advice on various approaches and creatively problem-solve the various issues the space imposed. I was also impressed with the quality of service and workmanship with regard to installation. They were very swift in setting up a date for installation and prompt in showing up. The rather extensive work was completed cleanly and efficiently in a day. More remarkable was the fact that it was evident that the crew did not work to an "it'll do" standard - they fussed almost obsessively over details to make sure everything fitted neatly and properly. Once finished, they cleaned up after themselves leaving a really, really cool space. I would have no hesitation in referring Tailored Living.
