Decided to upgrade my deadbolt door locks in my home. Based on reviews on Homestars I went to their office and was introduced to Steve. He answered all my questions and recommended the lock best fit to my situation. Steve is also very accommodating and patient. Jeff the installer showed up early and was very careful and professional. During the install Jeff noticed the colour of the lock did not match perfectly with the orginal door handles. Jeff called Steve and Steve personally dropped off the correct colour to match.
