My husband and I are repeat customers of P & P General Contractors. We have had several reno projects completed by them, both big and small and we've never been disappointed! They completed renovations for us at our old house, and now we are slowly renovating our new "fixer upper". Recently we had most of our main floor renovated by Natanael and his team. This included our kitchen (which involved knocking down the wall that separated it from the dining area), the powder room, laundry room, hall closet, upstairs ensuite, new hardwood floors and new tile in the entryway and kitchen. We also had a custom sliding door installed, as well as new windows in the other rooms mentioned. As always, Natanael and his team were amazing. They tried their best to minimize the effect the renovations had on us. They covered the stairs and basement with plastic barriers to reduce movement of plaster and sawdust. Natanael worked with us on the design of our kitchen, including the layout of the island and appliances and making helpful suggestions along the way. I had also requested a rather tricky type of transition between the hardwood and the tiles in my hallway. Natanael looked at examples of what I had envisioned, and he worked hard to make my vision become reality. Everywhere we look, the results are absolutely stunning. We are so happy with what seems like a brand new house! When friends and family visit, they all say they can't recognize the place...it just looks so good! Natanael and his amazing team have just completed another amazing project in my new home. We are so pleased with how everything turned out. Natanael had great suggestions for the best use of the space, including installing floor to ceiling cupboards in an awkward corner that had duct work behind the wall. Everything was done with attention to detail and to our satisfaction. We appreciate how friendly and hard working all of Natanael's crew are. They always arrived on time and ensured the space was cleaned up at the end of each day. Thank you so much! We are looking forward to working on our next renovation project with you!

Our Bosch dishwasher stopped working. Would not drain. Called them and was told it is $80 to see what is wrong. We will only be charged further if we want to have the work done. Repairman arrives, looks at the dishwasher, and tells me that the drain "motor" needs to be replaced (I believe he meant drain pump). Says that I owe $280 plus $406 for the part (if I want the part replaced). That's before HST. I said I thought it was only $80 to diagnose the problem. He says he worked on it, so I'm being charged $280. This is absolutely unacceptable. If you didn't fix the problem and say a part needs replacing, I don't owe you beyond your diagnosis of the problem. Taking a look does not constitute work beyond diagnostic. Stay away from this company.

Two years ago Natanael and his amazing crew completed a project at our previous home. They renovated our kitchen and built a mudroom into our garage. We were so pleased with it that we knew we wanted them to come back to help us renovate our new home. Natanael kindly squeezed in our most pressing projects -- a leaky main floor bathroom and some repairs to the subfloor and staircase. After removing existing flooring and fixtures in the bathroom, we discovered that the damage was far worse than we thought. But Natanael took it in stride and he and his team worked tirelessly to replace the damaged flooring and wall in order to keep to their original timeline. Our bathroom turned out beautifully. It's exactly how we imagined it. We are looking forward to having Natanael and his crew back to renovate our kitchen and master bathroom next fall! Thank you!

We are very pleased with our new roof. Richard visited our house twice to give us a quote and discuss shingle options. We had the shingles replaced on our garage and our house. Richard was very friendly and knowledgeable. His crew was friendly and efficient. They finished the job in a timely manner and made sure to do a thorough clean up before they left. Two of our neighbours had United Roofing do their shingling, so the company came highly recommended. We could see the superior workmanship for ourselves. Would definitely recommend them to others based on our positive experience. Thank you!
