We started the process of looking for new entry doors about 6 months ago. After contacting various companies, we found the customer service and response time to be exceptionally high with Andrew. He was very patient in terms of arranging visits to our house on several occasions to bring various samples. We also visited the warehouse where the doors are finished and we could see some finished product and get a feel for various handles. While the time required to create the custom doors was long (about 4 months after deposit was made) – we picked a highly customizable door (where we picked a very particular stained glass panel configuration) and the factory had holiday shutdowns as well so that might have added to the lead time. Artur and Simon (the installers) were very professional. It took them about 8 hours to remove the 3 old doors (both regular and storm doors) including about 45 minutes for lunch. They took their time to ensure there was no damage to our property and removed the existing doors in a way that would allow us to keep them in order to use them for other projects. They also showed us how to use the adjustable sill at the bottom of the doors. They also cleaned up, vacuumed and were very courteous throughout the process of installation. We are very happy with the finished product and there was additional follow up to ensure that we were satisfied with the doors/installation.

I recently purchased and moved into a home built in the 1950s. Dave's crew arrived promptly at the scheduled time and even though it took them an extra 1.5 hours to get the job done (because of excess build up and difficulty determining which vents were outflow vs intake - due to the age of the home) his crew was always professional and very thorough). Thanks for the before/after pics and for the great job! I'd happily recommend them to anyone.
