Our updated and new filters for our 4 stage whole house system cracked and leaked badly. We has about 1 inch water in our basement before we discovered it. As rhw system does not have emergency contact info on it like the hot water heater or furnace, I tried calling direct....unfortunately it was after "normal business hours" (friday st 530 pm) and had a computer inform me that I had to call back during normal business hours with no option for emergency service. We had turned the water a off and had to wait until Monday to contact someone. Sheldon received my angry call Monday morning about 905 am....3 adults and 3 dogs without water for 3 days will do that to a person. Sheldon was able to get us a tech to inspect and replace the cracked filter. The tech also instructed my husband how to by pass the system in case any future system failures occur ... hopefully not as we've had the system for approximately 15 years and this is the first time we've had an issue.
