Fred from High Life was courteous, prompt and responsive to the installation. When we had an issue with the humidifer, High-Life sent Fred immediately to fix the problem (humidifier was under warranty).
We had a leaky faucet and although it was a minor issue, Giorgio and Ralph were very professional and made sure that there were no other causes for the leak.
