Home Depot outsources the order taking for blinds. The consultant - Avi - came to my house and took my order. He promised 2 of the high windows would have chains that I could reach. Someone else installed the blinds and didnt install any way to access the blinds. Avi hasnt returned any of my calls. His assistant did write to say the problem will be fixed. I have yet to hear back. Perhaps they will fix it. But Im terribly disappointed in the way Avi has provided post sale service. If I try to reach Home Depot it takes forever to get through to customer service and they cant help because its an outside consultant. This is a terrible arrangement and I would never recommend Home Depot for anything other than in-store purchases. Support for outsourced services is non existent

The movers on both ends were amazing. They took great care and were super client oriented. Wonderful guys- all of them. Jasleen handled all of the back end and was super helpful with everything. She accommodated all my uncertainty s d was super flexible with the move in date.
