Shingle Disposal - late delivery, early pick-up and overcharged
Used this company to dispose of old shingles. Truck arrived at 4:30pm on Friday and picked up at 8:00 on Monday. They call this 3 days. Plus they tack on a $60 environmental charge that was not mentioned when I phoned for the initial quotation. Good thing I was not overweight. Who knows what they would have charged. Get someone else!!

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We have discussed the billing discrepancy with the driver who worked on your site, and you are correct that a mistake was made on the rental days. We have attempted to get in touch with you to issue a credit/refund. We work to ensure our call centre and paperwork all clearly advise of surcharges a customer may expect. We have also added to our work orders a section that clearly states our fees and helps identify any additional charges (like environmental charges) customers may be subject to.
