DO NOT BUY HOUSE FROM PACESETTER BUILDER! We bought a brand new house attached garage from them and we regret it so much! Our house is only 5 years old older and right now driveway settled for more than 5 inches. Most of houses in our street their driveway also sinking and all those houses are built from PACESETTER! So it really obvious that they cheap out the materials or they really had a very poor workmanship in that driveway. Even our sidewalk, we can see that there is a void under and starting to sink also. We bought a brand new house thinking were not gonna have these kind of problem in our house for years or so. There is also other house in our neighbourhood which is much older from our house but they driveway is still looks new and no sinking, But because their builder is NOT PACESETTER! SO DONT BUY HOUSES FROM PACESETTER! Not worth the money for expensive house!
