Mr. Asharf fixed the issue with my thermostat which stopped working for 8 days, He was so efficient, and his explanations to all my questions were very clear and professional. in spite of having the furnace working again, he did the extra step even by waiting with me and monitoring the charging of the thermostat battery which was lost due to long cut off. Mr. Ashraf did not leave me until the battery was fully charged, and made sure even that my phone app resumed the work. during the wait period, I learned a lot about my furnace, thermostat from him. At the end I was so satisfied with his attitude, and I offered him a "thank you" gratitude and his reply was clear, straight forward indicating that he is just doing his job with love that is all, and DID NOT ACCEPT the gratitude politely. I definitely love to deal with this wonderful guy for all kind of HVAC service.
