Very pleased with how my condo bathroom renovation turned out! My bathroom was in need of some work (old and a potential water issue) before I rented it out and Azan and his team came to the rescue. What sets Azan apart from many other contractors is he is extremely communicative. Through every step of the job, he made sure I was plugged in to what was going on and any decisions that had to be made. We encountered some challenges along the way (not at the fault of Nasser plumbing) but Azan and his team were able to adjust to the circumstances and navigate it successfully. Very fair pricing (additional costs did get added on such as parking, garbage disposal, and a number of other repairs that weren't discovered until the walls were ripped up). The bathroom was finished during the time that they said they would finish. All in all, highly recommend Azan and Nasser Plumbing! Would certainly look to use them again for my future projects.

Wow used Zaid 10 years ago who helped me move 3 times in the course of a 1.5 year span. Take us to today 10 years later and he's still giving the same amazing service. Prompt and efficient while taking special care not to damage anything. Everything arrived perfectly and they set things out exactly where they should go. Couldn't be happier with his service. My condo building had to access riser pipes in my unit and tore up my drywall with zero protection so drywall dust got everywhere, including my air ducts. Air Force Duct was super quick and responsive and provided a fair quote to get the job done. They got me scheduled in very quickly. The tech (Abed) was super friendly and helpful and took the time to explain everything. They left my place in great condition upon leaving (wore booties and they cleaned up after themselves). Would highly recommend if you need your ducts cleaned.

The HVAC unit in my condo had a clogged drained and had built up water and overflowed over the weekend. A lot of places don't service condos nor are open on the weekend and the company servicing my building was unresponsive to several residents. These guys responded super quickly on a Saturday morning (within minutes) and got a technician (Sergei) in later that day. Sergei was very communicative and helpful in explaining what was happening. In trying to access the HVAC unit, he unfortunately got drenched in water which he took with stride. Quickly was able to unclog the drain once he was able to access it. Also provided some helpful suggestions to make servicing easier in the future. Overall, very happy with the service and highly recommend them! They definitely helped alleviate what was a stressful situation (involving water damage).
