LG fridge now replaced 3 times and Tasco has been really terrible in follow-up or making sure things are taken care of - CS team has really poor staff. Will never shop from again

We understand that you have spoke to Tasco Customer Service yesterday and that you were offered compensation and also dealing with LG's direct technican to resolve your issue and booked a service appointment for June 17th, 2013. One of the customer service representatives will be following up with you towards the end of next week to see if the service has been complete. Thank you.
