We used Grand Building to renovate three of our bathrooms plus the adjoining spaces. We were really happy with how everything turned out! On top of that, we were pleased with the experience - it was stress-free and on schedule. Adam was great at communicating the status and the schedule each week. Ben and Wade and the trades were pleasant to deal with and respectful of our space. I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to others.

Lux did a very good job with our move in cleaning. The team was punctual and kept to the tight deadlines we had with our move. There were a few spots missed, but once I told Al, he came right back to check in out and sent the team out to do a few touch ups the next day. I would definitely use Lux again.
