First-rate customer service from beginning to end. People could not have been more responsive to my situation. From my first call, everyone went out of their way to find the best solution to replace my 19-year-old heater. Joe was terrific, also Mark and then John from Walter Townshend and the teams who installed the liner and then the new water heater. Dave and Andrew came to do our duct cleaning with the bonus of cleaning the dryer vent for free. New Canadian Drain and Plumbing exceeded my expectations in totally replacing our root-filled clay pipes that had holes the size of watermelons. That situation had led to a sewer backup in my basement which resulted in the entire basement being torn up. From the knowledgable marketing reps to the experienced diggers, everyone associated with this company found workable solutions and gave first-rate service. I was originally put on to them by a friend and will certainly give them a strong recommendation to anyone who is faced with a similar challenge.
