We had a disastrous experience with the first contractor we hired. Working with Devon and Dynamic could not have been more different. He spent a lot of time with us reviewing and figuring out the best solution for a tricky site and material (back yard with difficult access and hand split granite), and, to cut a long story short, designed and laid an absolutely beautiful stone patio. I have invited Dynamic back in the spring to get some photos when the garden is at its best. Devon and his team are professional, courteous, arrive when they say they will, do what they say they will do, and provide excellent work. I cannot recommend this company and Devon highly enough. We are very happy customers indeed.

We had a very bad flood from the 3rd floor to the basement. We called Paul from Concord who sent round a team immediately and started drying the house out very professionally. Paul and his team took on the demo and reno work. Paul also really helped us out dealing with the complexities of communicating with the adjuster and the insurance company, and was always professional, responsive and easy to get in touch with. Most of the contractors were excellent, very professional, particularly the demo team, the plumbers and electricians, who really went the extra mile for us. We did had a couple of moments with one or two of them who had to come back to repair or redo work. Paul is a great guy who really wants to do a great job for you, and my only small criticism is that in a complex job with a lot of moving parts, he needs to stay on top of communication with his guys and the general plan. Other than that, top geezer.

These guys are great. Professional, really nice crew (Jimmy and Ray), and astonishingly good problem solvers. We had a few wrinkles at our end that Dave graciously and expertly dealt with and we ended up on time and all squared away. Would recommend them to anyone.

Scott walked us through our home inspection and clearly explained and demonstrated his findings. He was patient, thorough and ensured we had a very firm understanding of what we must, could and should do. Nice guy too.
