Vahn is one of the most impressive professionals I have met in my home buying experiences. His knowledge, attention to detail, service oriented attitude and friendliness helps make the home buying experience better. We have had Vahn look at a number of properties for us now and he is the ONLY inspector we will use moving forward. He has earned our trust and respect. DO NOT let any agent or anyone else pressure you on who to go to for home inspections - you have the choice, and as far as I am concerned Vahn is your best choice.

Do your own research and choose your home inspector wisely - do not just go with the inspector your agent recommends or the one with the lowest fees. I generally do not write reviews but felt that Waheed and his team at Pesticon deserved this review. We had a bed bug issue in our condo building, several of the units on our floor were impacted. Property management called in a company that uses heat...well long story short after two "treatments" we still had the little critters. We called Pesticon and were impressed by the service, and the personal attention we received from Waheed. Waheed treated us very well and explained the process, answering all our questions. We are now bed bug free and it is all thanks to Waheed and Pesticon! This is the pest control company to call.
