We purchased a Napoleon 14 SEER A/C unit from Cambridge Heating and Cooling. After the technicians completed the job and left i went to investigate. I noticed that they installed a Goodman 13 SEER unit instead, also it was on brackets which we requested we wanted it on a slab instead of the brackets as we did not want anything screwed to the foundation of our brand new home. I immediately contacted our salesman who argued with me that we requested it to be on brackets even though he circled the Patio Slab on our contract, also he did not want to believe they installed a Goodman unit instead of the Napoleon that we ordered. After sending pictures to his manager he finally agreed that it was incorrect. We advised we would keep the unit that was installed and agreed to a refund amount for their error. This all took place on a Friday and they promised we would have our refund at the latest by Monday. Monday turned to Tuesday and Tuesday turned to Wednesday. It is now wednesday and our salesman is now not answering our calls or returning our messages. We referred our neighbour who was to be getting his AC (same unit) installed the same day as us however the company showed up and did not have enough materials to complete both jobs. We are not satisfied and would not recommend this company.
