Worst service ever, we called to schedule a appointment to repair the water heater issue, the technician came on Sunday 8 am on Feb 4th, 2024, she unintentionally broke a part which caused no heater and no hot water. The parts were ordered on Monday Feb 5th, 2024, and it was supposed to be shipped from 2 two different places as in total there were 5 parts needed, some parts from Scarborough area where we live, supposedly should have arrived on Tuesday and some from Quebec to be arrived on Wednesday. It has already passed 8 days without heater and hot water in Toronto, Canada, we have called everyday and they can't even provide us with an ETA or update as to where the parts are, and when they will arrive so we can set up an appointment because without that we can't schedule anything. Anyways, we have been patient and it's getting to the point where the support isn't helping or trying putting pressure to resolve an issue which it was the company's fault. We have 2 seniors over 70 years old, a pregnant woman, and a construction worker. Also, we spent 20 minutes by explaining the error that they have in the backend about our address, they have been advised about the address issue and haven't fixed it. It is very frustrating that every time we call because even though they have created cases for our situation, they don't have it on file, we have to provide it depending on what situation I am inquiring about. If you can find another provider, please go ahead and do not choose this one. Unfortunately, I didn't have the choice, I am stuck with it as we have the rental. If I could, I would definitely choose another provider.
