We purchased a new 'old' home. Neither the garage door nor the back door door handle worked. They were the original locks from the 1960's. Tom came to our rescue. He drilled new holes for the new deadbolts and switched out the door handles and the gave us very secure locks. He rekeyed the front door. Tom was wonderful. His work is neat and he is very tidy. He is very efficient and practical. He completed the entire job in under 1 hour. He was able to accommodate us by coming in the evening. My husband and I will definitely call him again when we complete our renovation and are ready to move to keyless entry systems. He came to us on a recommendation of a friend of mine who he did some work for a few years ago. She highly recommended him. She was right. He was very very good. Definitely call Tom if you need a locksmith!!!

I took an ad to Home Depot from a magazine that I had that advertised an environmentally safe salt alternative to make my walkways safer in the winter. The salesman was soooo rude. He kept walking by and saying in a minute. 20 minutes later I got fed up and used the phone (which I don't think is for customers) and dialed the "outdoor" sales no. as noted on the auto dial key. Guess who answered. He told me to wait again. By now there were 10 other folks waiting to be helped too! All he was doing was moving boxes around. All I needed was directions so I could find the product. He then told me over the phone that I should just stick to salt. One person changing to this stuff wouldn't make a difference to the environment!! Sooooo Rude!!! I went elsewhere to purchase the product and haven't bought anything at Home Depot since!

With so many different types of spackle, the gentleman directed me to a better product which is easier to apply, a litter for expensive but the completed wall looked great and was easier to prepare for painting. No more spackling for me! Thanks
