This company doesn't disclose the warranty information from units sold. I called 3 times on this matter. My water heater that I purchased from them is leaking and they won't provide me with the part needed, and just say there is no warranty. The manufacture does have a warranty and another company were much better and where I got the information from. Reliance wanted an expensive service call 90 plus, plus diagnosis plus part - the unit was purchased just over the year mark , but the product which I found out has a 6 year warranty. Don't believe them, don't back their units. I would not consider them for any purchase.

Wow, Speers Flooring did a absolutely wonderful job. I had plain concrete in my basement and its was always cold and damp. Now I have wonderful good looking laminate flooring that was put in perfectly. Its warm, no creaking, flat, and clean looking. An A+++++ job. To start with Speers Flooring is friendly and inviting, has an incredible choice of materials, and has a wonderful reputation in Oakville and the area as being the best flooring tiling renovators in the area. They are professional , on time, do what is promised, exceed your expectations. Workers clean up afterwards, which is virtually unheard of, and a complete surprise. Everything was done to perfection. Everyone I met has a strong work ethic, kept to the scheduled times, and were friendly and kind. They were patient with my little dog too, that loved chasing them as they came up the stairs. By far I would recommend them to my friends , family , and anyone who wants flooring completed. Lovely job, and community-centred well run business,
