This company doesn't disclose the warranty information from units sold. I called 3 times on this matter. My water heater that I purchased from them is leaking and they won't provide me with the part needed, and just say there is no warranty. The manufacture does have a warranty and another company were much better and where I got the information from. Reliance wanted an expensive service call 90 plus, plus diagnosis plus part - the unit was purchased just over the year mark , but the product which I found out has a 6 year warranty. Don't believe them, don't back their units. I would not consider them for any purchase.
