They repaired our wall oven for $6,000 then we had the same issues a few months later. They then told us that there was only a 1 month warranty on parts after the repairman had told us it was 1 year. They now claimed it was a different part and cost of part would be another $1,500. Had original manufacturer come in and look at oven and told us it was the orignal part that they replaced that was the issue. The refused to accept that and would offer no relieve in coming back to fix the same problem again. Customer service is terrible.
