Shame on me for being duped twice. First time, dryer required new drum...ordered in Feb '24, wrong part sent end of March and was reordered. I had to continually follow up to get an eta and finally, service was set for today. No one showed. I called 45 minutes after the service window to learn that the part is no longer available and they would refund me the price I paid for the part, less a $200 restocking and delivery fee! Cannot believe it! A restocking fee for a part that is no longer available! In the meantime, I needed my dishwasher repaired urgently. A valve was replaced, service was quick and efficient. Spoke to KitchenAid to have it covered by warranty only to find that I was charged $195 for a $75 part and $290 for labor when KA service caps at $125. Difficult lesson to learn. Bottom line, stay away from this outfit!

All I can say is that within 24 hours of contacting Maher, I received excellent service! Pricing is very reasonable and actually lower than I expected. Amazingly efficient, friendly and expert...I highly recommend! Lisa
