My Dad was in the process of selling his home when an ice storm hit and took out the power to the sump pump which caused major flooding. I called Shield and they were in the same evening to start the drying out process. I was very impressed with the speed they arrived and all aspects of the reno. Communication was great. The sale went through due to Shield and there wonderful service. Fortunately insurance covered the cost.
