My wife and I love our renovated kitchen. The T-ROC team members that worked on our kitchen did a great job. Most were highly skilled, efficient and took pride in their work. High praise to Johsua, who did an excellent job installing/assembling our kitchen cabinets, pantry, island, drawer rollouts, built-in microwave shelf and the revolving corner shelf. Mark the plumber always does great work. He connected the sink, re-routed some pipes and hooked up the dishwasher. The electrical team installed LED lights on the ceiling and under the upper cabinets. They installed electrical outlets on the walls and on the island. Mehmet did an excellent job of painting the kitchen and completing the finishing touches. William did a good job of managing the project. He was responsive to questions and was focused on client satisfaction. However, there were challenges during the renovation. First, the final cost was over 10% higher than the quote. This was due to a failure to identify several costs. Secondly, measuring and design errors resulted in half of the cabinets that were delivered having to be exchanged. Consequently, the kitchen's completion took a week longer than expected. These challenges were stressful for us and disrupted our schedules. We received no compensation and it was disappointing to be told "these things happen." If you choose T-ROC, the workmanship is good, but the resolution of challenges may not be to your liking.
