Our big move went off without a hitch, thanks to Tyjaun, Gopal, Joseph, and Patrice! From the very start, Patrice (the office manager) was very responsive and understanding. She answered my questions thoroughly in the phone, and always promptly replied to emails. She is organized and I was never I was in the dark. On the day of the move, Tyjaun, Gopal, and Joseph were efficient and took lots of care to make sure our things were safe. It was like watching a well oiled machine. We had more than one stop, and plenty of stairs and elevators. They never slowed down! They also made sure that there was an open line of communication by way of texts and ETA messages. I got updates down to the minute, which was especially helpful since our final destination was quite far and there was enough traffic to potentially cause delays. This team is professional, organized, and communicative. I would 100% work with them again.

Kaayla did an amazing job with our shower restoration. She not only worked tirelessly and thoroughly throughout the whole session, she took the time to teach us how to take care of it over time. She even explained why our previous caulk was not working and how we can prevent it from happening again. We can't recommend her enough!
