Absolutely phenomenal! ACR is able to aid in learning and diagnosising issue with programs as well as computer hardware. ACR was able to determine that my power supply was bad (brand new computer from the box) by just answering a few questions over the phone. Other things that I have consulted about are the better programs to use over others, equipment and accessories to buy for the computer and to maintain proper care of my computer. The service is not only professional but friendly and is broken down into simplistic terms as to not overwhelm the not so savvy computer user.
