It is incredibly apparent to me that not only does Dyson Canada outsource their customer service to areas outside of Canada but their agents are incapable of actioning the fundamentals of customer service. In brief, it took me 5 separate attempts with 5 separate agents to arrange a simple return. Every return ticket provided had my mailing address as both the SENDING and RECEIVING address. Please do not consider purchasing from Dyson and if you do, don't do it online. Find a store. Save yourself the headache.

We had Cpt. Handy arrive to sort out an old drain and old driveway. While there were some communication hurdles, they were responsive and attentive to my nagging needs. For example, there were some cases when the work wasn't initially perfect but it was made perfect without complaint afterwards. Regardless, we'd use them again and were impressed with their work.
