From start to finish, it was easy. I called Dimi in the morning and he gave me an estimate right away on the phone without needing to come out to see the place or any hesitation in giving out the price. We replaced the main shut-off valve from the street, 2 water valves to the toilet and installed a brand new toilet. His pricing was not the cheapest but definitely reasonable and his level of service and prompt response time, more than made up for a small premium we were very happy to pay. I hired Mike after reading the reviews on the Homestars site. Mike is very organized and efficient. His pricing for the basement demolition compared to the others was exceptional. His crew worked hard from 7am to 11 pm to finish the whole job and they still had a great sense of humour at the end of a long day. Mike is very flexible and really easy to talk to. We are very happy with his work.
