We visited Speers Flooring and fell in love with the Torlys vinyl floors. After meeting with a rep in the showroom and being impressed with her approach (zero pressure, very informative), we scheduled a visit for Dino to come out and measure the space. He took precise measurements and took everything into account (baseboards, doorstop, doorways, transition pieces, corners, etc). He sent us our quote that evening and we gave him the go ahead. The flooring material was delivered about a week later and the delivery team took great care to lay a tarp down on the floor so they didn't track in dirt. They were very friendly and careful with the material. The installation...wow. I can't say enough about the crew. Every single floor plank was treated like a piece of gold, every joint was properly fitted, nice and snug. They found where our sewage pipe ran in ground and marked it -- they certainly didn't have to do that. They spent two days and got everything perfect. We will be using them for every single flooring project in our home. Look no further than Speers Flooring for any of your flooring projects. You may find cheaper quotes elsewhere but with these guys you KNOW you are getting high quality material and absolutely perfect installation.

We met with several roofing companies and were most impressed with Titans. I did a great deal of research on roofing systems prior to our meeting and Shawn came out and checked all of my boxes. Titans installs high quality shingles and are Bauemler Approved. After flying a drone over my house, taking precise measurements, inspecting my attic and going over our options, we were given a very reasonable quote. When the crew showed up for installation, they all cared about what they were doing. I watched them closely and saw one of the crew inspecting each shingle before sending it up. They stayed until the job was done and after they were finished, the supervisor talked to me for 20 minutes explaining what they had done. The roof looks amazing (I never thought I'd be excited about a roof!) and it will last a long time because it was done right. I would not hesitate to recommend these guys. We hired NewRidge to install our bamboo floor which we purchased through another supplier. It was anything but an easy installation but Adolf and his crew came in and did a great job. The floor we selected was known to "dimple" during installation on occassion, but they did a terrific job and there is not one dimple at all. The crew was very respectful of our home as well. At one point, one of our flush mount lighting fixtures crashed to the floor on the floor below where they were working due, I guess, to the vibration from the nail gun above. When we realized what had happened, a member of the crew came down apologizing profusely even though it wasn't really their fault, and helped me clean up the broken glass, taking extra care to make sure there was none left over. I thought it was a really nice gesture and showed they take pride in their work. You'll notice that I didn't rate my experience a "10"...I think a 10 rating is reserved for an absolutely flawless experience and there were a few things I might have changed. For example, they cut the planks with a powersaw in a bedroom, but didn't properly cover the walls or a piece of furniture in the room, so once they left we had some cleaning up to do. A small issue and no damage was done, but it would have been a nice thing to have gone the extra mile and covered things up or at least dusted off the walls before they left. They stayed late to complete the job on a very hot day so I appreciate that, however they did not bring enough of the door stop trim to complete the job that same day, and so Adolf promised to return a few days later to finish up. Unfortunately, things were pretty hectic for them and he missed our two appointments to complete the job due to missing tools one day and working late on another project the next time. It was a bit of an inconvenience given that we'd rearranged our schedules to be there to let him in, but he did eventually make it back and completed the job very well and apologized for the tardiness. Overall, a good experience for a very tough installation job and I would recommend them. Thanks for a job well done!

Tom did a great job at inspecting the house I was planning to buy. He made me aware of all the concerns I should have about the home and reassured me on previous issues that have been fixed properly. I opted for the Infrared camera as well and it certainly put my mind a ease. Tom was not in a hurry and inspected thoroughly and provide a great report that was emailed to me the same day. On top of all that, as a first time home buyer he took the time to explain to me how the entire house functioned. He gave me tips and advice on maintaining the house, how often certain things required my attention, etc. I strongly recommend him. Thanks again Tom!
