My hot water tank rental failed and due to changes in the building code the valve needed to be replaced. Had their tank not failed the valve could have remained. I contend it is their responsibility to upgrade to code compliance as it was their rental failure. They deny any responsibility and the charge remains. They also say I have a contract that I signed when the new tank was installed. I contend that I was signing that the work was being done, not signing a contract.

I highly recommend this company to anyone considering new or replacement eavestroughing. Their work is guaranteed. I did not enter the cost as they were hired by my snow removal company due to damaged eavestroughing so I am not aware of their fees. I believe they are very competitively priced.
