Thank you to Marnie and the amazing installation crew for going over and above in consulting and installing my new Furnace and Air Conditioner. Amazing customer service. If I could give more stars, I would!! I had been dreading this day for months. First of all, Convertible Air was recommended to me through a colleague at work who had recently purchased a home and had to immediately replace their HVAC units. Marnies consultation was very thorough and set expectations for the work that was going to need to be done. Replacing a 20+ furnace and AC unit required a few changes to be made as the units are now high efficiency. I have finished drywall and there was re-routing to do both inside and out and also a few unknowns ie. a possible new chimney liner. Marnie was extremely reassuring and what I felt most was the confidence that the job would be done well and safely. She gave me some time to absorb/breathe as I am sincerely the most anxious person. After countless emails for my never ending questions, with my heart literally pounding, we set a date for the third week in October. Well, the temperature dropped and my old furnace just didnt have the ability to provide heat any longer. I reached out to Marnie immediately who not only was able to bump up the date, she also offered to drop off some portable heaters which she did so that evening. Thank you. So here we are on installation day, the installers were awesome. Kind, respectful, problem solvers and basically magicians for all of the amazing work that they did. Although I was literally under their nose for most of the day, they were able to able to achieve, not just achieve, exceed what I had asked them to do. They truly are there to do a job and what needs to be done, needs to be done, but they went over and above to make sure that I was happy even if it was going to take a little longer. So they exceeded my expectations. Also, bonus, I didnt need to replace my chimney liner. So thank you Marnie, and your crew. This is a family owned business and what you feel is cared for. They treat you like family. Thank you so much.

Wanted to leave a 5 star rating for Micheal and his crew. They were very prompt to get back to me when I contacted them to remove a tree from my backyard. I appreciate when I get a quote and the job is "well" done and in this case exceeds my expectations from a complete removal and cleanliness standpoint. They came when they said they were going to and like a magic wand, it was gone. I also appreciated the in person follow up a few days later to talk about the work that was done. I highly recommend as they worked with me and my budget. Thank you so much Michael. Heather
