Dean went out of his way to find the parts and fix a leaky toilet. Helpful in explaining possible causes. He did was he was supposed to do and was prompt, courteous and professional. I will definitely call him for any future plumbing issues.

Recently had to replace my rented water heater due to home insurance requirements. The whole experience was non-stressful. The inspector and technician were both pleasant professional and good workers. It was easy to arrange appointments that suited my schedule and everything was done as scheduled with no problem.

The whole team did a great job replacing all of the windows. I obtained only the one estimate because Steve Mercer projected such a strong sense of integrity and work ethic and this was apparent in the whole team; Steve McCue, Stan and Paul. The price worked, the work was done efficiently and looks great. I even noticed a couple of extra touches after they left that were greatly appreciated but not part of the actual job. Steve Mercer followed up after the installation to ensure I know how to get the most out of my new window purchase. A very impressive organization and a pleasure to meet every one.

Rick provided excellent service, was on time both visits and provided useful information to help prevent future problems. He was friendly and seemed quite sincere in his willingness to provide good service and educate the customer. He provided recommendations but was aware and considerate of financial constraints.
