Based on a friends referral, we had contracted Bayfield Carpet to re-carpet our staircase. Upon entering the showroom I was greeted by Melissa who was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain carpet quality, price and design options. Melissa came out to our home with her samples and helped choose not only the right carpet colour but also helped pick out countertop, backsplash, and ceramic tile schemes for our future renovations. We were in the process of gel staining our kitchen cabinets and were having difficulty with the apication and age helped to show us how to apply it properly! Within the week, our custom ordered carpet arrived and Tony installed it beautifully, no more dirty old pink carpet, replaced with a lush brown modern one! Tony was on time, polite,friendly, and professional. We are now returning to Bayfield Carpet for phase 2 of our renovations, looking forward to more exceptional service and quality products. We wish to take this opportunity to thank Chris Copps and his crew at DLC Enterprises for a quality installation at an unbeatable price. Due to inclement weather in April our roof project was delayed and Chris was committed to keeping in touch for the week to ensure that communication was maintained. Thankfully, Chris put the need to perform a quality installation over and above the need to get the start of the season underway! This spoke volumes to his integrity and professionalism. The timing of bin delivery and shingle delivery was coordinated so that shingles didn't sit around in bad weather and the unsightly bin was picked up within two hours of the work being completed. Chris and his crew were hard working, respectful, diligent, and meticulous from start to finish. DLC completed our roofing project within 1 1/2 days and ensured that it was fully completed before beginning another project elsewhere. That gave us the reassurance that we were his top priority while he worked on our home. He ensured that, as part of his commitment to comprehensive customer satisfaction , we were 100% satisfied with his work before he left! The most notable characteristic was that Chris built trust quickly, both in his business ethics, industry knowledge, and workmanship. As you know when doing repairs, especially concerning one of your home's most important investments, us laymen find it scary to put trust in others to do a fair and quality job.
