Came to the house, did the diagnostic and said we needed a new motherboard. No showed 2 appointments and then after the 3rd said "oh, now it's the water motor". I refused to pay him saying "you have a $500 deposit and I'll pay you when the job's done." They refused to finish the work. I called Samsung asking to purchase a water motor (I mean, how hard could it be?) and they said "Uhh, sir, there's no such part called that." RUN AWAY.
