When my furnace stopped working I called several repair companies none of which could come that day. One company said it would be the following week and to use space heaters. Kevin at Quality was able to send a technician that afternoon and he arrived within the time window I was given. He identified the problem immediately left to buy the part and had it installed and working within the hour. Excellent , courteous professional service.
