Jose and his helper from Blueprint 360 completed a small renovation project in our front entrance hall; demolishing part of the original plaster wall that leads from the vestibule into the main floor hallway, installing new wall studs and drywall where needed, matching thickness of the new portion of drywall to the existing plaster wall, moving an electrical switch and running new cable to it. New matching baseboard pieces cut and installed where needed. Supplied new floor tiles cut and installed where needed. Painting done. Work site cleaned up at end of each day and construction waste removed. The project was completed in a timely manner and looks great. Jose and his helper's expertise, excellent workmanship, hard work, positive and helpful attitude greatly appreciated.

Aluminum's Masters Inc. provided us the most competitive of the three quotes we received; to install new gutters and leaf guard covers, new 3" x 3" downspouts, and elbows, on our 2-storey house. Their experienced crew worked efficiently, under the supervision of the owner of the company who worked along side them, and they completed our job in less than a day. Removing and taking away the old gutters, downspouts, etc. was included in the price. Their workmanship guarantee is 3 years and the manufacturer's warranty for the materials is 25 years.

We engaged Public Plumbing on a few occasions to fix plumbing-related issues at our east-Mississauga home -- including a serious, in-home sewer back situation that occurred in our basement. Service Technician Mike Dunn expertly diagnosed the cause of the problem, and informed us of options and associated costs available to address the problem. P.P.'s specialized sewer repair crew undertook the repair and remedial work that was required, and completed it in a timely fashion and with minimal disturbance (at least, minimal as possible given the severity of the situation) to the household. Both Mike Dunn and his team were easy to work with, knowledgeable, respectful of our home, thorough and professional. They cleaned up the work site afterwards and did not over-charge for the work. Effective work and expertise does cost money, sometimes more than we want it to, but it's worth it in the long run. Based on our experience with Public Plumbing, we have no problem recommending them to any homeowner looking for a reliable, responsible, fair, and competent plumbing services provider.
