As a first-time home owner, I was nervous when my girlfriend and I decided to change our flooring. We contacted a few contractors but Rick was the only one to call back in-person. He made the entire experience personable and comfortable, with easy availability through the phone. Rick even stopped by on a Saturday to show us samples of floor tiles and even offered to come again if needed. On the day of the work, Rick and his team were quick, efficient, and friendly. After it was complete, Rick made sure to follow up twice to make sure everything is well looked after. I highly recommend Rick for those who are looking for an absolute professional!
