Contract issued on November 8th 2013. work not started until end of November after making a lot of phone calls. One the worst Companies to communicate with. As far as the work done I would rate carpet 5 rating and the Hardwood at 8 rating. In keeping promises this company's the worst its been two months and I am waiting for my 4X6 carpet replacement by the manager. Location 6435 Erin Mills Pkwy Unit 18 Mississauga, Ontario. Michael's knowledge of the product was very impressive. He delivered what he promised us and followed up on the project right to the end. Igor and his team installed the windows, the patio door, the front door and the porch enclosure and they did a fantastic job. They took care of the smallest detail. They completed the project on time and we are very happy with the end result. We would definitely recommend Ambia Windows and Doors to anyone who needs to change their windows or install new doors.

We checked out 3 quotes, one was Peter's. Even though 2 quotes were cheaper, Peter's professionalism and his knowledge of the job was very impressive and that was why we decided to choose him. We were extremely happy with the way Peter and his team took care of the furniture, our new carpet, as if it were his own. Peter also helped us to choose the colours for each room. We would definitely recommend Euromaster to anyone who requires the services of a painter.

It all started when I rec'd a letter from Reliance in regards to the new Water Heater that was installed last year and that the protection plan had to be renewed. Called Reliance CSR and renewed, at the end of the call the CSR asked if all my equipment was operating fine. I informed her that my Furnace was making a loud noise. CSR right away scheduled a call for that same day for 1p.m. The techs arrived on time and checked the furnace and informed me that the Secondary Exchangers were getting bldg up. SR. Tech John Saliba informed me that this particular furnace was defective ( Carrier ) installed by the Home Builder. Therefore, before saying yes to a new furnace I called Carrier to find out what could be done with this furnace. Carrier informed me that I should take it up with the company that I deal with. So I called John and explained him what carrier had said he informed me to call Tim Brown his Mgr. I contacted Tim and explained my situation. Tim took all stress off my shoulders and contacted Carrier. Tim informed me what Carrier agreed to, and it is than I decided to have a new furnace installed. A date was set for installation which was Wednesday March 8th 2013. The installers came in on time and went to work it took them 4hrs and I had a working furnace. The installers were professional and polite and were very accommodating Installers ( Manual and Taylor ) excellent work. On March 11th 2013 I Had Tech Adam come from Reliance to check the furnace and install the Infinity Control Stat. Adam was polite and most accommodating he wired my Humidifier to the furnace and now the furnace controls it. He made sure that everything was working and that I was satisfied. To Tim, John, Adam, Manual and Taylor professional, polite and excellent job done. I am glad that I joined the maintenance program offered by Reliance Home Comfort peace off mind and service is great CSR staff is polite and professional keep up the excellent work.
