Thank You, Thank You, Thank you, I am taking the time to write this well-deserved review for an outstanding company. Galaxy Has Great Office support in their employee Randy. From the moment my husband and I met her, we knew we chose the right company to help us move from our condo in Calgary to Richmond BC.  We obtained 4 estimates, some which were cheaper than Galaxy's mover's, but we knew that customer service and the delivery of our items safely to our place in BC was critical. Randy was exceptional in helping us with a last minute change of address.  Only a few days before the move, we changed where we would be moving. She provided all of the appropriate insurance documents and workman's compensation certificates to our building in Richmond.  She followed up on this closely and made sure everything was in order for the last minute change.  There was no charge and no hassel.  Just complete understanding of the situation we were in.The movers came right on time on the Friday promised.  At 1pm a very professional crew of 4 guys came to start packing our 2 bedroom 2 bath condo.  They packed everything individually, including the kitchen dishware!  Every glass and plate, completely protected.  Our plants even made it safely.  Toward the end of the afternoon, the company actually sent 3 additional guys to help speed the move along.  Again, this was all included in the flat price for moving they offer from Alb.-BC. based on weight.The next day, the crew arrived in BC to deliver our belongings.  The traffic delayed them slightly, and the driver called ahead to warn us of the delay.  To compensate, to my surprise, they again sent additional movers from the BC area to help unload and make up for the time lost.  Randy even called us on the day of the move to make sure that everything arrived ok and that we were on time. She is truly about customer satisfaction.This moving company is professional, courteous, and delivers on time.  We never feared that something would be broken, or lost.  We even took a coffee and dinner break at a local restaurant while the movers continued to pack our home.  They didn't stop at all for the close to 7 hrs it took to pack our home in Calgary.I have already recommended them to two of my friends and will certainly continue to do so.  If you have the pleasure of having Randy do your estimate, you won't be disappointed.
