I am a return customer because I was so pleased with the service the first time and was not disappointed on this occasion either. My assembler John first helped me carry out the old heavy desk and then assembled a ten drawer replacement desk plus an eight cubbyhole storage unit very efficiently in about an hour - and that includes reducing all the packaging into one bag which he carried away. Meanwhile Ivan, back at the office, continues to reply to emails in astonishingly quick fashion. This ease of communication was much appreciated on this occasion as delivery slipups at both Ikea and the trucking company meant I had to reschedule assembly three times. All cheerfully and promptly handled. Absolutely no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone in need of assembly assistance.

According to John, my assembler, his boss Ivan is a stickler for customer service. Let's hear it for Ivan and all the other home star managers who share this philosophy. Email correspondence with Ivan was fast and the assembly was booked for the Monday after the Saturday delivery. Ivan even called me to say the assembler would be ten minutes late (I hadn't even started to worry yet!). John was pleasant, polite and efficient and in less than two hours he put this very complicated daybed together, bagged the garbage, cut up and taped the cardboard for recycling and even vacuumed the bedroom! An extremely pleasant experience from beginning to end. I will definitely look at more Ikea furniture in future, knowing that I don't have to worry about my own ability to put it together. IKEA-man to the rescue!!!!

Believe every good thing you read about this company. They reply promptly to email questions and their rates are competitive. They did not try to sell me boxes and other packing materials for a simple move between floors on an elevator. Their crew arrived on time and worked quickly, but were careful with my belongings; they were very polite and had a good sense of humour. They also went above and beyond what I expected them to do, insisting on helping me to move a number of small unpacked items I intended to transfer myself later in the day. Would definitely hire them again!
