I cannot say enough positive things about this company. Ivan is responsive to emails, professional, fair in pricing and makes scheduling the appointment incredibly easy.

Michael, the technician, is professional, detail-oriented when assembling and hanging your items, knowledgeable takes great care by laying down a blanket to protect your floor and items and cleaning the work area after.

I have used this company several times, and will continue to do so for the ease and stress they aliviate, especially upon moving in to a new house.

Contacted AssemblyMan a few days ago & service was scheduled yesterday. Michael arrived on time & perfectly assembled the bookcase, making sure it was level, added a few shims in the front for stability, removed all the packaging & left the room spotless. I will definitely use this company again & wishing it continued success.

I never write reviews, but these guys truly deserve it. I used them many years ago, and I still remember how wonderful the service was that AssemblyMan provided. When it was time to assemble some new pieces, I went straight back to them and without surprise the service was just as consistent and reliable as it was the last time. Ivan is very responsive and accommodating over emails - he worked hard to find a date and time that worked for us despite our busy schedules. John was our furniture assembler, and just like last time, his work was great and reliable. All the pieces were assembled exactly as asked, he was very professional, and was sure to tidy up and fold all boxes for recycling prior to his departure. All in all, I could not recommend these guys more - they truly do deserve more than 5 stars. If you are thinking to use them, take this as your sign - you will not be disappointed!

EXCEPTIONAL FURNITURE ASSEMBLY

This is a lengthy review worth reading. This company is exceptional!! Incredible customer service and excellent workmanship onsite. I contacted 4 companies to assemble an Ikea six drawer dresser. Ivan, owner/assembler at Assembly Man answered my email within 9 minutes. We emailed back and forth and every response was immediate with complete answers. He also displayed a kindness and sense of humour. The email exchange convinced me that Assembly Man was the company for me. The next day, I had the absolute pleasure of meeting Michael, my assembler. He was on time, well prepared for the job, respectful of me and my house, efficient and clean. He is soft spoken and lovely to speak with and also displayed a sense of humour. Out of curiosity, I checked on him a couple times and he was never offended and happy to show me what he was doing. He was so tidy, organized & efficient as he worked. The dresser looked amazing and all drawers functioned properly. Michael was kind enough to remove all garbage/recycling. I had a second dresser that I wasn't sure I needed (for additional storage) so Michael showed me the drawer space in the first dresser for me to decide if I needed the second one. I determined I did want the second one assembled but of course had not booked that. Michael called Ivan and they were so wonderful to accommodate me. Ivan worked Michael's next scheduled job so Michael could stay and assemble the second dresser for me!! In my conversation with Michael it was apparent there was a good working relationship between them and Michael mentioned what a wonderful boss Ivan was. I can't remember the last time I dealt with such a caring and competent company! Well done Assembly Man!! I am so grateful to have found you.

I recently contacted AssemblyMan for two assembly and installation projects.

Now living in a more compact dwelling, space constraints dictated replacing the doors of my existing Pax Wardrobes with new sliders. This allowed (6) Hemnes door panels to be hung as a feature wall in the bedroom. Both tasks challenged the abilities of friends and family. AssemblyMan to the rescue! Ivan helped articulate the scope of work. Assembler John arrived with all the right talent and tools. He sized-up the issues, explained his approach and worked skillfully to deliver fantastic results! I'm delighted!

I requested the service quite last minute and they were able to find someone quickly. They assembled all of the furniture and cleaned up all of the cardboard, vacuumed, etc. It was such a big help and I doubt I would have been able to complete it myself.
