We contracted CBC for a basement renovation: a) water-proofing, b) new floor installation, c) drywall replacement, and d) wall painting. Perry and Frank responded to my request for a quotation right away, they provided us with a detailed (written) assessment of the job, and a cost estimate which was proven to be spot on. They started right away and they completed the project on time and on budget. There are dependable, efficient, well organized and on top of things. True professionals. At the end of every work day, Perry provided us with an update and a summary of the activities for the next day. Perry always took time to explain to us the pros & cons of each design decision and he was always available to provide additional information and clarifications. We are delighted with the end result. We have recently hired Steven to built a window bench (in our kitchen) as well as a fireplace mantel (with build in bookcases) in our rec-room (basement). Steve did an outstanding job. He was meticulous, punctual, and neat. I was very impressed with his systematic approach to the design. He made suggestions with respect to both the design and finish and he delivered excellent results.
