All I can say is, above and beyond! After unpleasantly dealing with another well-known big company, who was unable to provide service to my broken down furnace, I decided to give Reliable a call based on the reviews on Homestars. All I can say is I am glad I did! After talking to Darrell on the phone about the issues I was having, the first thing he tried to do was actually help me call the competitors to help demand a service I was not getting (as I was getting nowhere with them). I told him that I would like them to do the work as I was fed up in dealing with this other company. He immediately sent over one of his techs Darrin, to evaluate the situation. When he was done, it was determined that we required a specific part and would be back the next day to fix the issue. When Darrin returned the following day, he replaced the part with the utmost care and followed procedure by the book (which I like). Unfortunately, due to my aging furnace, the part being replaced was too new and would not work with my furnace correctly. Darrin tried EVERYTHING to get it working and showed that the people from Reliable really care for their customers and their quality of work (which was second to none). After discussing it, my wife and I decided to replace the furnace instead of trying to "Band-Aid" the situation. The guys from Reliable (Rob, Darrell, and Darrin) were in the next day and replaced the furnace with speed and professionalism. These guys did a great job and delivered where another big branded company could not. I will be using them in the future for not only the maintenance on the new furnace but any other HVAC issues I have. I have already, and will continue to, recommend them to anyone that needs HVAC services, and hold them in the highest regard. 10++
