I did some research on various HVAC companies to replace my 20-year old furnace and Air Conditioner and found Convertible. It went above my expectations! I must admit that the service from start to finish was as smooth as it can be thanks to the professional service by the knowledgeable HVAC Consultant Michael and his wonderful crew. Michael provided the quotation and identified a personalized equipment package suitable for the house and proactively scheduled the appointment for me knowing the hot days in late August. He then provided audit information and contacts for rebates and thermostat recommendation. From then on, his installation crew was very courteous and professional in terms of answering questions and also laying down mats/blankets for them to walk on while carrying the furnace in order to protect the flooring. At the end, his crew stayed behind to answer questions on how to operate the furnace and AC and its maintenance. All in all, a great experience from start to finish. Highly recommended!

I called the company hoping for a same day appointment so technician responded by being at my house in the afteroon. They arrived and started working very efficiently with one staff doing the removal of the old gear and sprocket assembly and its replacement while the other loosening the chain. Ryan lubricated both garage doors and his colleague reset the torque and speed of the machine to ensure optimal working conditions. Now the door works like a charm. Reasonable pricing among other competitors. Courteous and efficient service!

First, I called the dispatcher at Mr. Rooter on Jan 9 evening about a water pipe that burst in the garage and unfortunately leaked into the basement. The technician promptly gave me a call in 20 minutes giving me an appointment in the afternoon the next day. To my pleasant surprise, the dispatcher gave me a good news that a technician was available in the morning. Great news because my main water valve was shut due to a pipe burst so the earlier we have water back, the better. Josh, our technician arrived on time and started his thorough investigation for the pipe burst location. He also went through the pricing with us before initiating any work. Everything was fixed to our satisfaction. He took his time in providing very helpful comments to avoid future problems. I would recommend Mr. Rooter to others. All in all, a positive experience from start to finish.

I was a bit skeptical at first after reviewing the comments about furniture delivery issues. But these feelings soon disappeared the moment I walked into the showroom with the honest advice of staff. First, I was able to see a wide range of furniture selection that would fit one's budget. Second, Gino's helpful approach made us feel at ease at the onset with the product quality and delivery. I chose a classy light coloured carved wood dining table and a hutch with crystals. We got our product in great shape and ahead of the anticipated time frame. The delivery team was dedicated to make sure that everything was set up professionally and took care of assembly and cleanup. We love the dining table and hutch and would definitely recommend this store based on friendly customized service, reasonable price and product quality. Easily beat out other bigger furnitures stores that I had shopped based on these categories!
