H Interior & Exterior Painting recently completed a full 2 story house of mine. The work was planned well arround my circumstance & aimed to result the least possible disruption. The team was on time and communication was great. The quality of work was very good and included suggestions on the best use of time & money. The work was completed on time as agreed. I called the customer service today and requested a technician to come on site to replace a jammed water filter. The customer service explained that this is normally a paid service, but it will be waived for me based on my long time contract period. I was happy to get this service charge waived by the company. This was an example of great customer retention.
